The right to cancel the contract is applicable to
All persons (individual consumers) who consider themselves to be not direct involved in the commercial activity of the industry of the acquired product. However these rights for all acquisitions from wholesale and retail customers are excluded.

What are these rights
The consumer has the right, within 10 working days of receipt of the goods to cancel the contract of acquisition. That right consists of returning the acquired merchandise in a good condition to the vendor and to have a complete refund of the price paid at the time of acquisition.

For products already delivered and where the Customer intends to exercise his right to cancel the contract it is deemed that
1)They communicate the intention to make use of their legal right to cancel the contract by sending an e-mail to customersupport @gergo.it
2) Await an e-mail from us specifying the instructions to be followed.
3) Return the complete product unused and in its original packaging within 10 working days from the receipt of goods.

Any customer exercising his right to cancellation of the contract, has only to cover the cost of returning the goods to Il Gergo offices:- ie. Shipments costs, any customs costs and any eventual bank charges for the return of the payment. The cost of the initial shipment from Il Gergo is not refundable.
