How to choose the product?
Once viewed in the catalogue section, you can select the article style and colour from the product details, from there you can check if it is available in the fitting, size and colour you require.

How to order the product?
Once you have decided on the individual product selected, click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" tab and add the product to the basket and proceed to the checkout. If you wish to buy more items, click on the continue shopping button and navigate to the products you wish to add to the basket.

How to remove an article placed in the shopping cart?
To remove an article placed in the shopping cart, it is sufficient to click on the ‘Show Contents’ tab (visible and accessible) on every page of the web site, and then choosing the ’Delete’ tab by the side of the relevant product. The checkout will be automatically updated.

Can I check the goods at the time of delivery?
If your purchase has been sent via home delivery, at the time of delivery the courier please verify the following:
-The number of packages in the delivery corresponds exactly with the delivery note.
-The product details and quality of the product usually indicated on the packaging corresponds correctly with the accompanying invoice.
Make sure the package/ packages are unopened, undamaged and not soiled or wet. If there any are missing packages or damaged packages, make a note of the package number in question, so that these may be immediately disputed with the carriers.

What does "il diretto di recesso" (The right to cancel) mean?
Il "diritto di recesso" was established by the legislative directive No 185 dated 22/05/1999, regarding contracts made at a distance, (meaning contracts not made at the local commercial premises). Any ‘Gergo.it’ customers are subject to this law, which allows the consumer the right to cancel the contract. Based on this legislative directive, the consumer may cancel the contract within the time frame of 10 working days from the receipt of goods.

Can I use the "diritto di recesso" legeslation and return the product which does not conform to my requirements?
If you have purchased a product, which does not correlate with the technical characteristics described, and when delivered you realize that is does not come up to your expectations, you may invoke the DIRITTO DI RECESSO. So that you can within 10 working days, from receipt of goods return the product to Gergo.it and we will reimburse the purchase price. Please contact our Customer Service department for an authorization to return the goods.

How long does it take for the Payment to be returned?
Within 30 working days from the receipt of goods, back to Gergo.it a credit back to the customer will be made and correspond to the value of the product stated on the commercial invoice. This payment will not include the cost of delivery (which complies with the law, article 5, comma 6 of the legislative directive No 185 dated 22/05/1999).

Attention:- il Gergo.it reserves the right to not accept shipments , be it components or products that:

  • do not have the original packaging, accessories and manuals?
  •  siano state effettuate senza aver attivato la richiesta di intervento al Servizio Clienti GERGO.IT;
  • That have been returned without asking authorization from customer service at Gergo.it That have been made without using the courier nominated by Customer service at Gergo.it

In these cases the inherent cost of transport are at the expense of the customer.

How are the goods are returned?
Once an authorization to return the goods has been sent from Customer Service, at Gergo.it , reseal the package and write on the package the order number and the date of the order and send it to the following address:

Within 30 working days from the recipt of goods back at the Gergo.it premises, you will be reimbursed the amount paid on the original invoice.

How quickly is the delivery of the items ordered?
The delivery time of the items ordered varies depending upn the destination between 48 hours and a maximum of 72 hours.
